Stock Hive is an inventory and billing management platform built to support data-heavy business operations such as invoicing, stock control, reporting, and financial tracking.

The core UX challenge was balancing system complexity with ease of use for non-technical users.

I designed end-to-end workflows across inventory, sales, purchases, POS billing, and reporting, focusing on consistency, predictability, and reduced cognitive effort. Strong information architecture and reusable patterns were used to ensure scalability as the system grows.

This project demonstrates system-level UX thinking, workflow optimization, and the ability to translate complex business logic into usable product experiences.
